Both need rebuilding  . One was knocking but running and the other as far as I know it dropped a valve . NO HEAT EXCHANGERS 
NO OIL COOLERS 
NO WATER PUMPS 
NO EXHAUST MANIFOLDS 
These are just long blocs so head to sump ....
